Families will be offered a space in the program based on a first come, first served policy.
The first step is to complete the Registration Request Form and email it to registrar@glenbrookpreschool.org. Once the Registration Request Form is submitted, you will be contacted by the Registrar. If space is available in your preferred class, you will be sent the registration form and payment information. The completed registration form and payment are due seven (7) days after receipt, at which time waitlisted families will be offered the space.
If you have any questions about registration, please email the Registrar (registrar@glenbrookpreschool.org).
Don't forget to sign up and be apart of the Parent's Advisory Committee (PAC) Board. There are still roles available for the 2025-2026 School Year: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Advertising Coordinator, and Fundraising Coordinator.
If you have any questions regarding the Parent's Advisory Committee, please contact our Program Coordinator (chair@glenbrookpreschool.org).
For more information or to register in any of our programs, please email coordinator@glenbrookpreschool.org or phone 403-686-6868.

*NOTE: Effective April 1, 2025, the Government of Alberta (GoA) is paying $100 per month towards fees for every child registered in a licensed preschool. This Affordability Grant (AG) funding is reflected in our most current fees schedule.
Our fees are determined based on the Affordability Grant Agreement. If at any given time the GoA makes changes to the AG funding amount, we will notify families as soon as possible to inform you that the parent portion of the fees would be adjusted per month by that amount.
The Glenbrook Preschool Society full Policies and Procedures document is available here, as well as the Parent Handbook.
